Todd’s body of work encompasses a truly broad range of subjects and photographic genres. He sees diversity as his specialty, and feels comfortable in any environment — from taking natural-light portraits of people whom he finds off the beaten path to freezing his fingers off shooting skiers in their element. He credits his early years as a newspaper photographer and journalist for allowing him to broaden his skills under a plethora of different conditions and scenarios. Those who have purchased his work include the luxury boutique W Hotels chain for his fine art nature-inspired images, Yamaha Motorcycles for his adventure travel images, and the Malaria Consortium for his reportage imagery from Africa.

He has spent the past 20 years of his life in a quest for diversity in the worlds of sport, travel and nature. His passion for discovery of new places and friendly faces has taken him to 53 countries on 5 continents, and he dedicates his time and energy to spreading his photography and travel stories for the benefit of others in third-world countries. He is the founder and president of the Sean Lawson Young Travellers Foundation, and is an International Ambassador for the Against Malaria Foundation.

Todd currently lives in Whistler, BC with his lovely partner Christina Tottle, their new daughter Seanna and a big furry cat named Mista. He has amazing friends and family whose passion and spirit always inspire him to strive for the best life possible.
